AMD International Internships

AMD International is a consulting firm specialized in finance and public policy, implementation of projects and development policies, human resources and training. It carries out its missions in Burkina Faso and several other African countries with national administrations and backers. Its branch in Bolgatanga, Ghana, is recruiting high-potential candidates through its internship recruitment program. These paid internships are for a period of three months, renewable once. The best candidates will receive an offer of employment at the end of the internship.

Position Diplomas and qualifications required Job description

One secretary GCSE-AL (General Certificate of Secondary Education-Advanced Level) or first-year university degree in secretarial or business studies, or any other recognized equivalent diploma Under the direct supervision of AMD-Ghana Country Director, he or she will carry out the office’s administrative tasks.

One (1) monitoring and partners seeking officer

Two years of university studies in Marketing, Management, Business or any other degree recognized as equivalent Under the direct supervision of AMD-Ghana Country Manager, he or she will monitor and research business opportunities, particularly online or through prospecting, and seek out potential partners.

Experts Recruitment officer

Two years of university studies in Human Resources, Management or an equivalent degree Under the direct supervision of AMD-Ghana’s Country Director, he or she will identify highly qualified consultants/experts for the various assignments.

Two (2) Technical proposal writers

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in economics, management or any other recognized equivalent diploma Under the direct supervision of AMD-Ghana Country Director, he or she will draft technical and financial proposals.

Candidates must also have the following skills:

· Outstanding mastery of computers and office automation tools ();

· Good communication skills and ability to interact with people;

· Human resources skills, more specifically in recruitment;

· Excellent writing and analytical skills, and ability to draft technical documents

· Dynamic, rigorous, able to work as part of a team and under pressure;

· Proficient in English language

· Willingness to work in Bolgatanga

· Be no more than 25 years old
