What we do
AMD International structures its offer around six areas of expertise, each broken down into specific services and delivered, for every area, through sector units (gender, social development, agriculture and climate, infrastructure, public finance and decentralisation).

Diagnostics, analysis and support for public financial management, from programme budgeting to the costing of policies.
Formulation, analysis and evaluation of sector policies and programmes, together with economic and social studies.
Capacity-building plans and operational training in programme budgeting, RBM, monitoring and evaluation, and budget analysis.
Project and programme design, feasibility studies, financing mechanisms, and fiscal and financial management.
Planning, evaluation, computerised monitoring systems and surveys in support of policies, projects and programmes.
Financing strategies and fundraising, including the organisation of round tables with partners.
For each area of expertise, assignments are delivered through the following units:
